Wellness: Restful Slumber to Better Health

Restful Slumber-very important to get a good nights sleep, to be rested in body, mind and spirit, so that we can be all God wants us to be, and to live each day fully. Practice good sleep habits.  Be on a regular schedule for going to sleep and waking up.

  • Reduce caffeine
  • Eat meals at regular times
  • Exercise 5-6 hours before going to bed
  • Have bedroom comfortable
  • Wind down before going to sleep.  Do something that relaxes you.
  • Pray, ask for restful slumber and protection over your dreams.
