Board the Train of JOY

Happy New Year! 2020! Who would’ve thought that I would be here! Whoosh, the years passed so quickly! As time passes the more I am aware of focusing on today, making it the best ever, living it fully!
I am more determined to not anything or anyone steal joy, peace, love, all the good things from me! It’s like the train of Jesus has left the station and I am on it…full steam ahead! Those that want to join on the adventure, jump aboard, there are times that we are moving very fast, times of standing still, looking out, encountering wonderful visuals, and much more, unexpected suddenness!!! When looking back, wave, having learned great lessons!
I wanted to especially thank all those that have been faithful in standing with me in my joyful journey! I have been in fitness now for 40 years! So many wonderful stories of adventures, people and places! And an expectancy of much more coming!!!

Make sure that you are connected with people that are strong in spirit, soul and body with you! I know for me that I am connected with people that love God, Jesus and Holy Spirit like I do! We are hungry for all that God has for us and will not settle for less! Relationships are so important, the right ones, make sure that you are in a tribe that you are moving in the same direction, in unity for GOOD! If you are not, start right away, seek out those that strengthen you and bring out the best in you!

The word I heard recently was, “Alert, Ready, Go”! I’ve been meditating on these words and don’t take them lightly! I pray that these words would have meaning for you also!

Fitness tip:
Many are going on fasts for the New Year, research which one you will be taking on. Personally, I think everyone should fast at least once a month and not wait until the new year comes around. It’s a great time to reflect, adjust and just take time out of your normal routine and eating. As Americans, again, I say we are so inundated with information, overload, keep it simple! Stay hydrated! Enjoy the fast and this time to be alone with God!

In conclusion, I want to highlight to enjoy where you are at, find the goodness of God in the land of the living! Enjoy your loved ones, relationships, determine to enjoy the life God gave YOU!!

Thank you,
Pat
