Wellness: God’s Natural Law

Follow God’s natural law, especially in what you eat. What comes out of your mouth determines what’s in your heart, and many times what you put in your mouth determines your heart and fitness level. Dietary laws of the Bible offer good, sound guidance.

And God said, “Look! I have given you the seed-bearing plants throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food.” Genesis 1:29(New living Translation)

Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. Genesis 9:3 (King James Version)

So that we don’t just have a strictly vegetarian diet, God gave us permission to eat of meat, to give us a balanced diet of having proteins in our intake. My suggestion is to eat meat as a condiment versus the main course. Search the scriptures for God’s health plan for you.
