Healthy Nutrition: Lack of knowledge as stated in Hosea 4:6

Please make sure you take time to read labels on foods. Many times it will say low fat, but then it’s loaded with sugar. The most nutritional items should be low in fat, sugar, and sodium. If the ingredients are too difficult to pronounce, then it’s probably not that good for you. Go back to simplistics.

The more natural and colorful the food, the better. If you can’t have a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables around, then stock up on some frozen, there are many choices at your grocery store. Read the labels for yourself, don’t go by what it says in large print, read the small print.
